Biblical Wisdom for Facing Anxiety
Know whom you serve -- the Lord Jesus.
Ephesians 6:5-9; Colossians 3:22-24;
Luke 10:38-42 -- Martha was anxious. Mary listened to the word of Jesus.
Matthew 6:24 -- You cannot serve two masters.
Recognize that anxious thoughts are not helpful.
Matthew 6:25-27 -- Worry and anxiety do not help. They can?t add an hour to your life. They can?t add an inch to your height. There is nothing noble about being anxious.
Don?t compare yourself with or judge others.
